Buckwheat, pre-cooked quinoa and toasted chia seeds.
Cooking Instructions:
Microwave
- Mix 2 tablespoons of cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk. Let stand for one minute and stir occasionally. Alternatively, you can use the milk of your choice: almond, rice or coconut.
- Heat in the microwave for 75 seconds, stir and let stand for one minute
- Warm in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir and let sit for 2 minutes
- sweeten with maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
Stovetop
- Mix 2 tablespoons of Super grain cereal with 1/2 cup of desired milk in a pot.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
