Bright & Beautiful Beet Hummus

½ cup Food With Purpose Organic Salad Beets, drained

1 283g container of your preferred classic hummus

1 clove garlic, peeled

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (preferably aged)

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp salt

whole wheat pita bread

thinly sliced radishes

sesame seeds

fresh herbs of choice

crudité or pita chips for dipping

1 Pulse beet and garlic in a food processor until finely minced. Add remaining hummus ingredients and puree until smooth.

2 Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with roasted sesame seed and your herbs of choice.

3 Serve with crudité (julien cut carrots, jicama, cucumber and broccoli) or pita chips.
