INGREDIENTS
Base
2 Cups Organic Blueberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
1 Cup Organic Strawberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
2 Medium Bananas (Fresh Or Frozen)
4 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
Topper
½ Cup Food With Purpose Seed Topper
¼ Cup Coconut Flakes (Unsweetened)
2 Tbsp Flax Meal (Freshly Ground)
2 Tbsp Of Shaved Coconut
STEPS
- Add all base ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide between two bowls.
- Split the 1/2 cup FOOD WITH PURPOSE SEED TOPPER, coconut, and flax between the two bowls as toppings
