Sun Dried Tomato Rice

INGREDIENTS

1 cup dry Food With Purpose Rice & Ancient Grains


2 cups vegetable or chicken bullion


¼ clove of garlic


4 tbsp chopped onions


4 sprigs of parsley


1 ½ tbsp tablespoons of butter


½ cup marinated roasted red pepper


½ cup sundried tomato


1 tbsp oregano


salt and pepper to taste

STEPS

  1. Start cooking Medley of Ancient Grains, following the cooking instructions on the package.
  2. While simmering add peppers, sundried tomato, and oregano.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and, Enjoy!
